My sister wanted to start Atkins this week and she was wondering if she should stop taking Body Solutions. Does anyone know of any negative side affects? Thanks.

Sorry about this but could you tell me what 'Body Solutions' is? I live in an under developed country and I often don't know what people are talking about on this board.

Body Solutions is this weight loss program. You take a serving of the Body Solutions liquid mixed with a glass of water at night, and supposedly you lose weight while you sleep.

Can you tell us more about what's in it? I've never heard of this, either and it's difficult to give a helpful answer without more information.

Body Solutions indgredients: purified water, glycerin, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, magnesium citrate, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and polysorbate 80. The directions state to take a tablespoon 3 hours after your last meal.
