Gym rats switching to Curves

Hi

I didn't get a response to a thread I had below. I'm still curious about people who HAVE been going to the gym regularly, and how THEY like curves.

I mean, if you're fit and you've been exercising, how is the comparison to switching over to curves? And do you think it's as effective?
