I'm reading the OoO thread, which has about 120 pp. How do I jump to page 18, for example?

You can use the page navigation link to get closer and closer But to reach a page that is not yet in the page links, it's a bit tricky, but doable. Say you're on page 120, for example. The link in your address bar will have the full link, and some where in it you'll see where it says page=120. You can just type and replace 120 with 18 (so it becomes page=18) and it should take you to page 18.
