I can't believe it. I wrote an e-mail to the Dr. Schwarzbein website asking her to write a book on menopause and peri-menopause and I can't believe it, she e-mailed back!! Here was her reply:

Oh Wow, how exciting! That's wonderful!

I wonder would she answer a question for me about why TSP has delayed my ovulation twice now?

Default Hurray!

Thanks Piano for asking Dr. S about menopause. I'll definitely be reading it! In response to the latest report from WHI, I went off my hormones almost 2 weeks ago and I'm actually feeling better. - I think TSP and exercise are really helping me.

Cicely I don't know if she would answer, this is my first response I e-mailed with another and didn't get a response.

SuzyQ - I'm glad you are feeling better off your hormones. Exercise is my biggest help.
