Taco Mesa??? chicken salad???

Has anyone eaten at taco mesa in southern california, I wanted to know from those of you that have if it is good for the Atkins diet, it has charbroiled chicken and lettuce it soo good.

Sauce?

The chicken is ideal. And the lettuce. Just find out what is in the sauce or baste that they use. If it tastes sweet, peel off the skin before you eat it. Sounds delicious. Is it sort of like El Polo Loco?
