Default mocha frapps

Hello All - I have been doing the south beach diet for a little over a week now, and have started to see some results. But i'm finding that I'm getting intense cravings all of a sudden for frozen coffee drinks - Mocha Frappachinos to be exact. I use to drink these daily and when i first started, didn't have much of craving, but now - everyday I'm dreaming of mocha frapps - and suggestions on how to curb this craving or perhaps alturnatives?

Atkins has a coffee flavored shake mix. Whip it up in the blender and throw in some extra ice. A little cream or half and half makes it even better. I used to add the powder to whipping cream for a coffee mousse type desert.

I'm on atkins, but this is what I do....
Make coffee, then put it in the refrig overnight. In the mornings, I blend the decaff coffee, whipping cream and half and half, cocoa powder, splenda, and ice...whipped cream on top...GREAT mocha!!
