Default I need YOU for motivation.

Okay... here's my question.
I've become a lot more relaxed in my diet. I use to be so good! Now, I've been cheating a lot, and I know it's because my clothes are looser, and I'm feeling invinsible! That's a bad thing.

I wasn't finished... (sorry)

Anyway, I haven't been on this board for awhile. I use to post on a consistant daily basis. So, my goal is to become a part of this community again, and through your encouragement and motivation I will be able to overcome the urge to cheat.

Today I ate the top of a muffin (40 carbs) and a couple bites of homemade bread and homemade pound cake.

Yesterday I ate breaded fish, chicken and shrimp from Long John Silvers! (37 total carbs)!

I mean... these are some pretty big cheats!

So, I hope I do better.

We are watching you, and will make you eat better!
(There, now you will be watching over your shoulder for the food police).

Do you have any old pictures of yourself at 150? If you do put them on the refrigerator for motivation. You're too close to go in reverse! You can do it!

you know what you guys... It seems like since my husband started working at night (and I work in the daytime) I have been skipping meals.
I love to cook (for an audience), but when it's up to me to cook for myself, nothing sounds good to eat.
