Default My gym log....

Hi everyone,

I am knew to this website but have been LCing on and off on my own. I began the Atkins Induction again last week and have been working out on a regular basis. Hoping to see more results before summer. Any advice or support truly appreciated.

So I went to gym today during lunch. Decided to take some time off from work and work out so I can feel better. I did the Elliptical - 20 minutes - 250 calories burned; Weights - 10 minutes; and Abs - 5 minutes.

Meeting a friend for a workout this evening. Trying to avoid going out to happy hours as much. Instead decided to enlist my friends to work out with me... Will report later about the work out....

So, it was an interesting weekend. Did not workout on Saturday, but on Sunday I walked 1.5 miles with a friend and than went to gym and did 45 minutes on elliptical and 30 minutes of weights.... I feel a little bit achy today cause i upped the weights on Sunday. On my way to gym now -trying to get some workout in during lunch. Planning on doing 30 minutes of elliptical...
