Ok so there's a thread where posters talk about how they've ignored their cravings and didn't eat bad food. This thread is different..well actually the opposite. Almost like a confession booth . So spill it out all in here.

Yesterday at dinner, I ate two sandwhiches and an ice cream. Don't feel bad about it though. Made a mistake and moved on .

LOL...not just one, but TWO sandwiches! Awesome!

I had extra crispy Kentucky Fried Chicken today. Not good...

Sat nite, I had Nachos Supreme (without meat). Ate about 1/4 of it and then finished them off for breakfast yesterday a.m.. Add spiced hamburger on top. Paying for it this a.m. with a 4-5 lb. gain (hopefully it's mostly water retention but I'm sure not). Bad me. But, I'm moving on today too.

Ok I've cheated again. I ate a few fried sweets after lunch. But this time I do feel bad about it. We had somewhat of a gathering at the office and there was lots of 'bad' food to go around. I was tempted but instead I left the place with a cup of coffee (local coffee and tiny cup like an espresso). But when I got home and ate lunch I had those sweets which were lying around. Bad me .
