Talking Me Again!! Another Question...

As I stated in my "Splenda" post, this is day 2 for me on Atkins, and already I feel like I messed up! I made some French Onion Soup:

2 tbsp butter
3c beef broth
1 1/2c water
4c chopped onions
1 tbsp Worstershire Sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
dash of Thyme
w/ Provolone Cheese as topping

Anyway, I noticed that after eating the 3+ cups throughout the day, I've been feeling bloated and not hungry. I noticed that some of the ingredients had some carbs but I haven't gone over the 20g limit. I have a feeling that the sodium may be playing a part in this? Should I be watching this as well as the carbs? Could the "not hungry" feeling come from hidden carbs? Have I ruined the induction for myself??

Thanks!!
Rosanna
