Default Smelly Urine - In Ketosis

Ok, this is gross - but I have to ask...

What does your urine smell like? Mine smells kind of like eggs?!?! Maybe it's because of the vitamins I've been taking - but wanted to run it by you all because I didn't see the answer in "the bible"

Thanks!

When I'm in ketosis mine gets a pungent odor to it - similar to after you eat asparagus.

I've found that drinking more water really helps with that. The urine is less concentrated. It also helps with the breath smell and other fun side effects. Just remember too, while it might stink, it means progress
