Default I hate the scale sometimes!

I had been floating in between the same 3-4 lb range for a while and then I started to loose again, well I got on the scale and after loosing 4 lbs I suddenly gained 2 overnight with no reason. I wight the next morning and i'm down a half pound from the day before. I didn't cheat, not even close to cheating. I just don't get it.

Don't trust the scale! It is not a good friend. Instead, try measurement or a reference belt or pair of pants. I've had the scale not budge yet I've lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist over a two month period.

Default I hear you...

I find myself in the exact same boat, hovering around the same few pounds.

Looking at your weight loss, however, you have lost a considerable amount of weight. Good for you!! Are you still eating the same amount that you were when you first started lc'ing?

You see, that's my problem. I've successfully lost a bunch of weight, eating a hearty amount of lc food and I think that I've hit that place where my intake and expenditure balance out.

So in order to start losing again, I know I have to cut down a bit of my portions and increase exercise to start motivating my body to lose weight again.

And that's the hard part. After so many months, I'm really USED to eating the amount I eat every day and my brain is rebelling at having to cut back again.

Best of luck.

hey bigdaddi!

I have been having the EXACT same problem. I went down for a few days after hovering around for a while and after a couple of days changed my stats then BAM! 2lbs up again! to those same pounds!

It is very frustrating I agree and I'm trying to watch what I am eating more. I think mostly it is probably or hopefully your body trying to hang onto that fat as much as it can!

Good luck and may the force of the wish fairy be with us!
