Talking My first Whoosh!!!!!
I experienced that wonderful whoosh I've been reading about so much on this forum! I was 172 last week and now I'm down to 164! I was getting very concerned for a while with my slow weight loss, but now I'm so estatic that all of my hard work has been paying off!!!

I want to thank everyone for keeping me motivated. If it weren't for this forum, I don't think I would have made this much progress!

Thanks Everyone! Sorry Archie, I don't what I did to trigger it happening, I didn't change a single thing in my diet and exercise. Maybe someday someone will crack the code on how to summon the Whoosh Fairy!
