Wink success, already!!

Hi Folks
Just to say that my first three days of induction have gone fabulously!!
I have lost three pounds in three days, and I am really amazed!!
Have been permanently full, and yesterday I couldn't eat any tea as I was still full from my lunch.
Hope this will carry on
Thanks for all the advice.
Love
Jacquie

Well Done Jacquie for making the decision to join this lifestyle! the first few days are usually the roughest, so it's probably a good sign that you've found it so easy. You will be amazed a tthe other benefits to this WOL, mine include

Positives:

Weigh less
Look better
Feel Better
More energy
No more heartburn/acid reflux
No stomach problems
Sleep better
No more snoring
Lower Blood Pressure
clearer skin

Negatives

Having to buy new clothes
Well, you could say that being called a "Skinny B~$t~rd" is also a negative, but that's about it.

When you weigh (excuse the pun) the pros and cons......I know what I prefer!

You are doing great! Just remember that because you don't have that much to lose things will go slower for you.

Realistic weightloss expectations are 10% of your goal of weight to lose is usually lost during induction then 5% of the remaining weight to lose approx every month after.

This isn't a fast weightloss diet but it is a healthy way to eat whenever you are hungry and feel good and satisified as you slowly get to your goal weight.

All the best to you.
