I'm wondering . . .
I've been low carbing (induction levels) since last October with no cheats but did increase my carbs the past two monthes with oatmeal on weightlifing days and extra veggie carbs (50-80). However last weekend I had a planned cheat -- chinese food (the rice was probably the worst) and a huge mocha coconut from starbucks. I gained 4 pounds in one day . This week though I have had great workouts and made really good gains BUT I have decreased my carbs to induction levels again in order. I have lost the four pounds plus another two -- so I'm wondering if my gains were due to my one day cheat or a culmination of all my hard work (in my 8th week of C2 of BFL)???? Any ideas?
