Thumbs up Free Splenda Tablets at the Gym!

Keep an eye out for free Splenda tablets at your gym or other freebie outlets. When I went there last night Splenda are doing a marketing campaign with a leaftlet, including recipes, and free packets of 100 Splenda tablets. I got 2 last night and aim to pick up more each time I visit. Will bring my excesses to the London meet.

So keep your eyes open.

PS Recipes are no good as they are not low carb.

Default UK Splenda Website

You may want to visit the UK splenda website. It does have some recipes there with carb values, but is not particularly low carb.
