Thank you, thank you, thank you, you folks are the best.
I've reached my goal of 165 lbs and am feeling great about it!
I started Atkin's near the beginning of 2003 at 185 lbs. It took me a long time to loose the 20 lbs., but I finally did it. For a long time I was eating a lot of Atkin's approved junk food and I finally went back to induction and watched the size of the portions I was eating to loose the last 10 lbs.
Another problem I had along the way was that I wasn't exercising. Then about 8 weeks ago I started doing Body-for-Life and I can't believe the difference it has made. I modifed the eating plan part of Body-for-Life so that I am still doing Atkin's.
I still have a bit of a belly and could stand to loose another 5-10 lbs, but if I never lost another lb, I'd still be happy with my body as it is now.
Did I mention that you guys are the best? You guys are the best. I don't know what I would have done without this website. So much information, so much knowledge, so much support, so much caring.
You folk are the best!
