Real Bread

Just thought I'd share this..

Natural Ovens has several selections of bread that has only 9 grams ECC per slice, and their "right wheat bread" has only 8 grams. They use flax seed and some other natural stuff. I probably won't try it since it might lead me out of this woe but for those of you who can handle it go for it.
