The constipation.. what worked for me
I am posting this in the event that it might help someone continue the low carb woe...
I did a 4 pronged approach but the final piece Is what really made me feel normal again.
The first three were:
Magnesium (400 mg)
Ground flax in the am and pm
And more water!!
What really brought it all together was:
PROBIOTICS!!!
I take a good probiotic powder in water on an empty stomach in the morning and VOILA! I feel great¡K
The probiotic that I use is from a company called Designs for Heath. The results were almost immediate ļ
