Hi,
I am new to the low carb forum, but am hoping to get a couple of buddies that can keep in touch regularly and support each other. I have been on atkins since last February, but I still have trouble with cooking and recipes. I am an active runner and would also like to begin training for the NYC marathon. Let's get ready for summer together...
Thanks, Jenn

I'm with ya! My birthday is in July and that's when I'm hoping to reach my goal. I am also training to do a half marathon in October. Sounds like you're more an experienced runner then I am - I'd love some tips for a beginner. There's alot of really easy to follow recipes in the Kitchen-Low Carb Recipes forum. I'm not much of a cook either but I have found things to be much easier than I thought. Fish is my latest surprise. Very tasty, easy to cook, and 0 carbs. Thanks for starting this thread and good luck.
