Default New to the Site

Although I am new to the site...I have been reading all the posts for the past month. I am in total agreement about all the "quickie" foods out there....they are way too expensive and they don't work! My goal, besides the June KISS challenge, is to stop eating all the malitol chocolate bars. I have been LCing since Feb 2004 and I am feeling great...here comes onederland.... BTW, I appreciate the candor and honesty of everyone who posts to this site.

Welcome Nanjack!

I try to stick with the "natural" foods too... if a food has no/lo-carb and lo-fat then what the heck is it????? Give me a good steak and a piece of fruit any day of the week.
