Easter has got to be one of the most carb-rich holidays every year, second only to Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Any fun ideas for Atkins friendly Easter treats?

I'm wondering how much 85% Lindt chocolate I can get away with, hehe.

I think I might make some LC pie or cheesecake to enjoy. It might slow my losses for a couple of days, but better than going off the plan.

Can't wait, yum!

DH and I are going hiking at Easter and he's telling me I'll need carbs for all the walking. No thanks! Will probably just make me feel sick.
