I love to work out and thought Id post this here.
Monday run 6 Miles
100 pushups
100 situps
50 pull ups
100 dips
100 more pushups
100 more situps
100 more dips
Tuesday run six miles and stretch instead of other exercises
Wednesday No running but the rest of Mondays workout
Thursday run six miles stretch instead of other exercises
Friday same as Monday
Saturday run six miles and stretch instead of the other exercises
Sunday just stretching and swimming
Each day go to the pool at they gym and swim for a sustained 60 minutes
I do this every week. Now with the low carb I can finally look good.
