Just wanted to share a good "someone noticed" story:

So, I stopped at the healthy grocery store on my way home from the gym to pick up some protein powders and an Atkins shake powder. When I got to the register, the clerk - who I rarely see and have never really talked to other than saying "plastic, please" and "thank you" - said, "Wow! That Atkins thing is really working for you!"

I thought that was a little weird because I was sure that she didn't even know I was a regular customer, so I asked what made her say that. She said she remembered when I first started buying the shakes in the fall (which was true) and that I looked great now and REALLY IN SHAPE! Woohoo! This was a woman I barely know!

Do you think she was watching you because she wanted to know if this diet really worked? Maybe she was relatively new at the store when you started and was curious to see if the shakes would work.

Whatever the reason, it was really sweet of her to comment. Most people wouldn't say anything. Must have made you feel great!
