Question Shrimp question

Fitday says that shrimp has zero carbs. I thought I read somewhere that shrimp had carbs - certainly tastes kindof sweet. Wonderful if it doesn't have any carbs!! The book just says zero carbs for all seafood not listed.

Default Muscle meat is carb free

You can be pretty sure it's 0 carbs if it's a muscle. You only have to worry about meat and carbs when it's an organ meat. Oysters and some other seafoods are "eat the whole thing," = some organs, = carbs. Elsewise, enjoy. Watch the sauces, though.
