Default Cream

Is it really ok to have heavy cream?? I know it says no carbs but I still feel guilty eating it... I needed something sweet last night so I had some cream whipped with splenda and unsweetened cocoa (yummy), and usually I have to snack after dinner but it kept me full all night... I just cant shake the feeling that there should be something bad about it! It tastes so good!

I feel the same way about full fat mayonasie! Any thoughts?

After years of hearing all that crap about "Low Fat = Weight Loss", I was skeptical about having more fat to my diet at first too. Now I truly believe that higher fat = weight loss. Ever since I added more fat to my diet, I notice a bunch of positive changes. I am no longer ravenous at every meal. My skin is smoother. It depends on the right fats. Stay away from trans fats.

heavy cream does have carbs .4 per TBSP
so yeah, you can eat it but remember to count its carbs, and be careful of how much you consume as some have found that dairy products can cause stalls
enjoy

I usually lose a little when I use heavy cream. It is outstanding in coffee.

I pretty much guess when I am using heavy cream because the carbs are so small per serving...but the servings are small too LOL.
