Joe's Special
This may have been posted before but I happened to think of it this morning while deciding on breakfast so I made it for the first time in years.
This is a well know dish from the Original Joe's in San Francisco. Sometimes called San Francisco Special. This is how I made it for one person though it was a bit more than I could eat.
Joe's Special
5 oz regular ground beef
1/2 cup muchrooms
2 green onions sliced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup spinach, lightly cooked and chopped, (can use frozen chopped)
2-3 eggs lightly beaten _ (I used 2)
Salt and pepper to tate
Brown beef in wide skillet, add mushrooms, green onions, and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are done. Stir in Spinach. Stir in eggs and cook until eggs are done. Season to taste.
573 cal, 42 gr. fat, 41 gr. proten, 7 gr. carb, 3 gr. fiber
