Default does fiber count??

Hi all,
Can anyone help me with this one? I have tried searching and reading about this but can't find a good answer. I am considering taking psyllilium husk (sp?) and know that it has a high fiber count but no sugars. Does that get u out of ketosis? and more generally does the fiber content of foods affect ur insulin or ketosis since they aren't really absorbed by your body. Thanks in advance and hope 2003 is treating everyone well so far.

I use flaxseed, but your choice is fine. It shouldn't affect your ketosis. Best wishes for your new way of life.

As far as Dr Atkins is concerned, fiber does not get digested so has no impact on blood sugar levels. Take your psyllium husks and have no worries!
