Default Hamburger pizza bake

This is a really yummy variation of meatloaf. I rarely measure ingredients so forgive me--these measurements are only a guess-timate.

serves about 4

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup crushed pork rinds
1 cup sugar free spaghetti sauce
pepperoni
canadian bacon
any other pizza topping you prefer
mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper

combine beef, egg, oregano, garlic, pork rinds, and salt and pepper.
press evenly into a 13x9 baking dish. top with pepperoni, canadian bacon, and any other toppings, pour 1 cup spag. sauce over top. bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. add cheese last 5-10 minutes of baking.

kid friendly, mother approved!

This recipe sounds great, but what would the carb. count be? I was just curious, it is just easier to know. Thanks! I can't wait to try it!
