According to Johnny Bowden in "Living the Low Carb Life," you would have to drink 5 or more cups of green tea every day to experience any weight loss from it. I actually did that, even though I don't like tea, but I didn't lose any weight as a result. You may be different, so it can't hurt to try. Green tea has a lot of good things in it, even if it doesn't help you lose weight. Best of luck!
