A Shiny New Number after early week 2 days of struggle, a bounce up of a couple lbs, some of which was definitely fat not just water. Yes I ate over 3,300 extra calories in those two days. It’s amazing how much I can eat when I start to over eat. 2 nights good rest, exercise, under 20 carbs, lots of water and a change in attitude. I am grateful…support from my peeps on this forum certainly helps big time too.
