Dwarves' breakfast +
This has been a favourite of my daughter since we found it described in "The Horse and His Boy" (Narnia, Book III) but (without the eggs) it is also similar to Farmer Maggots gift of mushroooms from Tolkein's "Fellowship of the Ring"
Breakfast: (per person) 2 slices of bacon, chopped, 60 g sliced mushrooms, 2 eggs sunny side up
(the rest is more mundane)
snack: Protein shake with ground flax seed
Lunch: green salad with sliced almonds, and a tin of sardines emptied on top, 125 ml cottage cheese
snack: 300 ml cottage cheese
Supper: 2 chicken burgers, avocado gellied salad
snack: protein shake
