Hello fellow LCers. New to this message board, new to low carbing. I have been reading posts and doing homework for the past few days and found something that I think might be of some use to others. I attached a link to a calculator for obtaining body fat, LBM and other information. It's designed more for a CKD but I thought it might be useful.

This is a fantastic website. Thanks for the goldmine of information, I'm still wading through it!
