I use Kraft's full fat version - the kind that comes in a "brick". I've looked at the store brands, but they seem to have more sugars/carbs in them.

Default Kraft's Cream Cheese

Yep, thats what I have been getting too. Kraft's, Philedelphia cream cheese (brick). I dont see very much variety in the prepacked cheeses when looking for cream cheese. Thats the only one I have been able to find at the grocery store. You are right the store brands are exactly the same as kraft's but with added carbs.

Thanks
Tabbie

I use the brick for baking and when I need plain stuff, but most of the time I eat the Salmon-flavoured Philly in a little tub. YUM!

I buy big tubs of Armstrong spreadable...I use a lot of cream cheese in cooking, so a tub lasts about a week.
