Sure! Just make sure they leave off the sauce.
Restaurant BBQ sauce is LOADED with sugar and carbs.

Hi Braiki,

I too love those ribs at Applebee's. I used to get the "all you can eat". It wasn't on the menu and cost about a dollar more than the rib dinner. Can't imagine all the sugar that sause contains! Afterwards, I'd felt bloated and horrible. But in a couple weeks go through the same thing. I'm a slow learner....

Couldn't eat that much now. I think I'd find the sause way too sweet after LCing. I don't know if they cook them without the sause.

i like going to places like gordons food service and other restaurant supply places with a retail outlet...

be careful at these places... it is amazing to see the carbs in some of their products...

however there are some awesome deals on easy to prepare foods that are no and low carb... such as riblets without the sauce 4c 8oz... and with the sauce 80c 8oz... of course fresh boneless ribs at the butcher are 0c all the way...
