Question flax seed oil

Are the Flax Seed oil capsules a good substitute for genuine flax seed oil? I'm sure they're not 100% as good, but are they comparable? I'm pretty new to lc & am just learning about the health benefits of flax.

The problem with using the caps is that it's difficult to get in enough to make it worthwhile. The liquid is definately preferred. I'm taking 1 Tablespoon in both my morning and evening protein shakes and I use organic flaxseed oil. If you decide to purchase it, it should be kept in the fridge at the store and the oil should have no taste or flavour to indicate that it is fresh.
