Default All the things I'll be able to do once it's OFF

Hi all - I was just posting on another thread, and said that sometimes it helps me a LOT to keep going with this WOL by visualizing all the things I'll be able to do when the weight is off. I thought it might be fun to hear from others about the things you look forward to - and be an encouragement to us all. Here is the list I came up with - and maybe a couple more:

1. Get on a roller coaster without having to walk off in humiliation because my butt didn't fit in the seat.

2. Get on a plane in coach without worrying about spilling over into the seat next to me.

3. Walk and sightsee without wanting to cut off my feet from pain at the end of the day. (This recently happened on a family trip, even wearing very good shoes - I was in tears because I could barely walk, my feet hurt so badly from carrying so much weight - and from the sadness that I couldn't just enjoy the day with my family because my feet hurt so much-can't wait to be able to sightsee without that!)

4. Not have to pay twice as much for my clothing (notice that plus-sized clothing is exhorbitant?)

5. Be able to share a chair with my hubby.

6. **close your eyes if you're easily embarassed** Be able to have sex without my flab getting in the way of my breathing....or my self-consciousness getting in the way of my enjoyment.

7. Taking a walk on the beach in a swimsuit without being self-conscious or making self-deprecating jokes like "I hope someone doesn't see me and try to push me back into the water, thinking I've beached myself."

8. Being able to run again - I used to love to run.

9. Wearing a sundress without feeling like it was made by Omar the Tentmaker.

10. Wearing a SLEEVELESS blouse or a tank top!

11. Being able to see my reflection passing a window and not cringing.

I'm sure others can add to the list. What do you look forward to when you get healthier?

Sh'ra
