Hi - any suggestions please.....
Having felt totally exhausted since starting Atkins i have taken Nat's advice and stayed away from exercise while i get used to the eating plan.......I have also added extra Ca, Mg and K to my supplements.
Generally i am feeling loads better and want to get back to the gym........
This is what I did before - as best as i can remember-
12 mins bike, level 4 but over 80 rpm
2000m rower, level 5 - in about 9mins 15 secs
12 mins rotex. various programmes, level 7
Chest press with free weights - 7kg each arm, 2 x 16 reps
Bicep curl on machine - 20kg, 2 x 16
Tricep pull down - 30kg, 2 x 16
Lat pull down - 30kg, 2 x 16
Upright row - top bar - don't know the weight....but tough
Ab curls 3 x 16 - including reverse curls
Dorsal raises 2 x 16
leg extensions for the abs - 2 x 20
I had been really working on increasing the upper body toning, lower half well toned and eased back from muscle building so the legs of my trousers will still fit!
This was still tough but doable - before i started Atkins - which was when i turned in to a 14 stone weakling.....
So..... should I just get straight back in there, or keep the weights but drop the reps, or drop the weights.
I really don't want to compromise my hard work at getting fit with the WOE.....
I can't tell the staff I am LCing as they will disapprove......
Please help
Emma
