Thanks for the info about posted pictures. I was wondering why there was a change.

I haven't communicated with you in quite some time. My wife, Karen, and myself are getting ready to return to Florida after a wonderful summer here in Maine. We are both still following a low carb lifestyle, learning as much as we can about nutrition and exercising. Our LC journey has truly been an adventure.

The part of "our story" that is primarily about me has been published in "Muscle and Fitness" magazine. There is a before picture of Karen and myself and the article is one full page long. The story appears on page 34 in the November, 02 issue.

Little did I know where this road would lead me when I clicked on the lowcarber link way back when. I was desperate, overweight and hopeless. Today my story, complete with before and after pictures, appears in the #1 health and fitness magazine in the world.

You are a big part of that story. No matter where this road takes me I will never forget the caring, selfless people like yourself that helped me along the way. Your friend. Dan

Yeah, I think I'll change my goal....to having my before/after story told in the #1 fitness magazine in the country!! Yeah, that's it!
