Smile Slow loser than WHOOSH

Hi everyone, thought I'd share with you my success after a week of reinduction. I lost 5 pounds!! Not bad after a 4 week stall!!

I suspect that all the wonderful recipes on this site caused my losses to slow down. So this week I eliminated cream cheese treats, muffins, etc., and was more strict about SF soda.

Now let's hope I can keep losing!
Amy

Wow that's awesome - that's 1.25 a week for the 4 weeks you were stuck. Good For You.

Wonderful! That has got to take a load off your mind as well as your butt.

I find I can have a few of those treats-but really have to limit them. Not something I can have every day, that's for sure.
