Default Tracking the sweat

I have been exercising for approximately a year now 3-5 times a week
Hopefully I will account here for it along with the lc and finally make the change. I just gotta keep doing it.

start back tommorrow and have goal to go every day this week for at least an hour cardio and some strength training I usually do the circuit machines more upper body stuff cause the cardio is usually combo of bike, running and elliptical rider. Did try and did 20 mins on stairmaster too last time.

60 mins cardio - bike and ellip rider
45 strength training circuit and stretching after

hot bath at home felt great

HOORAY FOR ME!!!!!

Day 1 of 30 + days of exercise - till April 30th -min 30 mins a day

Have decided to have it the exercise average 30 mins a day for 30 days

was sick yesterday and slept the day away - I guess it was APril's fool day for me - got rearing to go but got sick 2 days later

Exercised 30 min walk with daughter on sat

40 min faster walk with mom on sunday

today to the gym

60 m cardio and 25 mins circuit training

also recording in the PLAN

Felt good Daughter back to school all day again

felt much more energized Glad I went to the gym even though I wanted to go back to bed

10 min recumb bike

GOOODD sides are hurting from abs class yesterday Went 5 days straight to the gym

weekend did 3x exercise with daughter walked nephew for 30 mins walked in the park and played outside with daughter She loved it


Today 15 mins bike

20 ellip

30 strength circuit training

22 on treadmill at 5 miles a hour

Felt great

Also Did Some Ab Work On The Stability Ball
