Question Exercise burning Glycogen?

I have a question.

Just say you get off and have too many carbs one day. I know it takes about 2.5 days to get all the glycogen (sp) out of your system and start ketosis again, right? BUT....

what if you do cardio while you are getting back into ketosis, will that help burn some of that stored glycogen and get you into ketosis faster? Just wondering because life sometimes gets in the way of all our best intentions.

Thanks and I love this site, it is so helpful!!!!

THe good news is yes... excercise definitely gets rid of stored glycogen...... thats' what glycogen is for..... fuelling activity.... so doing cardio.. or even weights will help you get back into ketosis quicker
