Default drumroll please.

Will as everyone knows who read my post or taking in Chat. i was down for last 3 days. My weight was Not moving down. I lost 10lbs.> in Feb1.St. startred atkins and Since Feb 23. I did not move. At a long stand still. same wt.. I was thinking of going back to my way of dieting. But i didnt want to stop atkins for didnt want to give in. and i wanted to see if atkins really works. I wished i took measurements then but didnt. but am going to now. this is week 8th for me. iam doing interduction till i get wt. off. But gals look at this>> lost 3lbs. now 152 instead of holding 155.. So iam not getting on scale until Monday and tuesday. hope i keep losing now and this means iam doing . Can u belive April is almost here.
and next Monday starts week 9 for me.
got to drink more water and get this body moving. exersice is the key> now i have to put key in door and keep moving. but am so glad i lost. hope i saw right.
iam not going to let me think hey just 12lbs. should have been more. yes it should have been But if ican now keep this rolling down for all april ect. am on my way. just had to say lost 3lbs. do u belive it.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just remember not to get discouraged. Weight is put on slowly and will come off slowly.

You are right, you need to drink your water, eat your veggies and exercise. Keep up the good work!
