Default Firm Question

A question for you Firm addicts: how do the newer DVDS (like they hawk on the infomercial), compare to the old Classic Series? I am able to follow the older ones, because there aren't too many fancy moves, and the cuing is very good. However I have a 'Cardio Burn' tape where they use a ball, in addition to the fanny lifter, and I find the pace too intense and the footwork too confusing with less than stellar cuing. I need to lose weight, not trip and break an ankle.

I am afraid to buy the Sculpt series for fear they might be closer to the newer Cardio Burn tape than to the older tapes in style and pace. What do you think?
