My sister finally let me use her book and I am going to read it and while Im reading it I am going to just eat something like a 40/40/20 diet. Just till I get done reading the book. Does that sound like a good plan. And i hope everybody is doing good in their weight loss and health journey.

Why don't you go to www.atkins.com and click on the title "How to to Atkins". Then you can get started right away.\

The 40/40/20 plan you contemplate is The Zone plan - not really a low carb plan. If you start right in on Atkins, your loss during Induction will be as much as possible. Doing the Zone first will tend to make you lose less when you finally do Induction.

Only stay on it for 2 weeks and then begin to increase the carbs.

Good luck.
