Question how about soybeans and soy products

i'm a vegetarian who eats fish, with a yeast infection. can i eat soymilk (unsweetened), soy beans, tofu, veggie burgers?
what about mustard?

I find having some probotics works really well for yeast infections.
You'll find them in the refrigarator of your local health store.

I can and am encouraged to do so by my nutritionist. If its processed read the labels to avoid sugars, vinegars etc.

Before you start including lots of soya products in your diet (as a vegan protein source) please read The Diet Cure by Julia Ross. It refers to lots of recent research which shows how soy depresses your thyroid (not good for weight loss) and also how very difficult soy is to digest (it is potentially damaging to your digestive tract).
Farmers have been warned to avoid soy-based feed for pigs because of the severe damage caused to the animals digestive tracts.
Soy is also HIGHLY oestrogenic and only small amounts can disrupt hormone levels.

I love soy and rice milk , imagine makes a rice and soy with out sugar it has brown rice syrup even the vanilla is fine . I have friends who are iridologists . Read my other posts .
