Default Anyone eat lettuce at every meal, or is that a no no?

Hey All,

If lettuce is a bad idea when you're really trying to reach ketosis. I see meals like 1 can of tuna plus a few tbls of mayo, hamburger patty with mayo and NOTHING else.

Dose lettuce really have all the much of an effect on insulin?

I eat Romaine lettuce and or Spinach twice a day.
Not too keen on lettuce for breakfast!
On NHE neither lettuce or Spinach need to be counted for carbs due to their thermogenic effects

I usually eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and have the "pre-made" salad mix with almost evey one of them (not real big on it for breakfast, like Jag). It does WONDERS for keeping "regular" and I have no problem staying in ketosis.
