Talking holy crap!!! my new best friend =)

the mock danish is out of this world! i was on the recipe forum, and saw a thread about the mock danish that had 48 replies, which, most of them were, "i just had three", or " my husband doesn't even know it's low carb ", and on and on and on... so, i couldn't stand it anymore, i had to see for myself... the first i had with sugar free jelly on the top... WOW! the second minus the lemon extract and added cinnamon, not as good. this mornings i subbed orange extract for the lemon, and topped w/ jelly again. i just have to say, if there's anyone on here that hasn't tried it, you HAVE to!

Default mock danish

It is really good with a tablespoon or so of frozen blueberries in it, tastes like blueberry cheesecake. My DH is addicted too. Whoever invented that recipe deserves a hug!

While following Induction the jelly is a no no, but once you've finished Induction you could add it.

I like mine with butter, cinnamon, and dulce de leche Da Vinci syrup. Mmmmm. I also use only egg yolk and more cream cheese. Mmmmm.
