Question Kung Pao Beef

Hi,
I can't figure out how many carbs (or even an estimate) are in KP beef. I tried fitday. Is it loaded with carbs or just moderate or low?
Thanks

I can't say for sure, but a lot of the meats in Chinese cooking are "floured" in corn starch before they are stir-fried. Also I would beware of any sauce they may be stir-fried in.

I guess I'm saying there is a good chance that it has a lot of carbs.

I looked under PF changs for a general idea and they didn't have KP beef but had KP chicken.
I think that they might add corn starch or flour to the sauce to thicken it. maybe even sugar. who knows.
