Default I cheated :(

I cheated on Atkins foods. I ate Atkins ice cream and an Atkins bar after dinner and I went way over what I was supposed to have. Those types of foods totally stall me and I shouldn't have eaten them. And I really craved them which makes it even worse that I ate them because it was feeding my carb addiction again since it was the sweetness that I craved.

I just hope I can do better tomorrow.

Stuff happens... don't beat yourself up over it. Tomorrow is a new day. Something that helped me was buying things that were packaged in single servings. Instead of buying the half gallon of low carb ice cream go for the low carb ice cream bars which are portioned for you. Dannon makes a low-carb yogurt in 4 oz containers. Perhaps you even have a store that will let you buy a single bar. I know healthfood stores around here sometimes will let you do that. Also if I am going to have a treat, I have it after a meal so I am less likely to over indulge. Anyways, keep your chin up. New habits take a little time to form.

You may want to get some L Glutamine in the powdered form... I've read that if you take some in a glass of water it immediately takes away cravings, because it goes directly to your brain.... I bought some myself just today...

don't get too mad at yourself for doing that. I've done the same exact thing before w/ the atkins ice cream and candy bars. Sometimes when i start eating them, i find it hard to stop..haha! Once you start doing good and not going over, you'll be used to it and it'll be easier to not want to go overboard and cheat, things like that! Best of luck!
